Defined Contribution Analyst

A Defined Contribution Analyst will assist in designing and evaluating employee benefit programs for a wide range of clients, with an emphasis on Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and post-retirement medical and insurance plans. You will also work with client teams to determine the funding requirements and financial impact of these plans, optimize the plan design and ensure compliance with government regulations and financial accounting standards.

Entry Level Actuarial Consultant

The Entry Level Actuarial Consultant will assist in designing and evaluating employee benefit programs for a wide range of clients, with an emphasis on pension and post-retirement medical and insurance plans. You will also work with client teams to determine the adequacy, funding requirements and financial impact of these plans, and ensure compliance with government regulations and financial accounting standards.

Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO (part-time)

We are recruiting for an Executive / Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support with a strong emphasis in Finance. This individual should have excellent communication, customer service and multi-tasking skills. The position requires that you interact with management, employees and other professionals in an efficient and responsive manner.

Consulting Healthcare Actuary

A Consulting Actuary will be responsible for supporting Odyssey’s strategic growth by learning about new business development and product opportunities. In addition, the position will work to effectively apply the principals of project management and client relations.

Outbound Sales Executive

The Outbound Sales Executive work independently to develop existing and new sales channels. Additionally, they will work with the Marketing team in the development and provision of sales materials to ensure successful outcomes.

Pension Analyst

A Pension Analyst will assist in designing and evaluating employee benefit programs for a wide range of clients, with an emphasis on pension and post-retirement medical and insurance plans. You will also work with client teams to determine the adequacy, funding requirements and financial impact of these plans, and ensure compliance with government regulations and financial accounting standards.

Consulting Pension Actuary

A Consulting Pension Actuary will be responsible for supporting Odyssey’s strategic growth by leading and delivering strategic client engagements, serving as strategic advisor to clients, developing new business and products and assisting a team of actuarial consultants. You’ll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership though newsletters, whitepapers, case studies and other tools to inform our clients as on topical issues. 

Data Management Analyst

You will take the lead in designing and implementing policies and procedures related to the structured and unstructured data maintained by the organization. You will work with both the client facing actuarial teams as well as the internal sales and marketing areas to ensure that we are providing the highest quality products to our clients (both existing and new products) and financial accounting standards.

Website Content Manager

We are recruiting for a Website Content Manager to drive all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across various platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior. This individual is an expert in content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and measurement. The position collaborates with public relations and marketing to help define both the brand story and the Customer perception. Ultimately, the job of the Website Content Manager is to think like a publisher / journalist, leading the development of content initiatives in all forms to drive new and current business.
